We use state-of-the-art virtual reality software to develop building models that change the client’s experience during the design phase. Clients are able to see detailed 3D images of the potential space, giving them confidence in the decision-making as a concept can be visualised early on: “Yes, this is exactly what I wanted” or “No, this is not quite what I had in mind”. The software also helps reduce waste and process inefficiencies by providing a more accurate measurement of materials needed at every stage. As a result, the risk of budget over-expenditure is significantly reduced.
