Every one of our projects begins with a feasibility study. We won't start designing until, together with our clients, we have completed this crucial step. However tempting, we will not rush into the project's design phase.

By the end of the feasibility study, you will understand the potential of your building site; we will have discussed the viable options in terms of cost, quality and timeframe. And you will have been through the most critical and challenging process: understanding how you want to feel in the spaces in your home.

Getting to the root of these feelings cannot be figured out on the back of a napkin. Alongside careful research into your site and its constraints, to understand the experiences that matter to you, we will be asking you the right questions in the proper order and perhaps even suggesting that you close your eyes to engage with your emotions. We will help you to visualise exactly what you want by exploring and questioning how you want to live and how you want to feel in your home.

Of course, the project's success will be determined by how we have met your practical objectives and your cost and time parameters, but also, perhaps more importantly, by the positive impact the finished project will have on your life — every single day.
